This policy covers the LEPA Teachers mobile app and related LEPA services operated by Nexlura for schools, teachers, and authorised staff.

The app is for teachers and school staff — not children. Student names and academic records may appear because teachers need them to do their work; schools control that data through the LEPA platform.

Account data: phone number, password (sent securely for authentication), and your school domain.

Session tokens stored on your device so you can stay signed in.

Teaching data synced from the LEPA API: classes, courses, timetables, student lists, and grades.

Photos you choose to capture or upload for grade entry workflows.

Push notification tokens if you allow schedule reminders.

Local preferences such as theme and cached data for offline use.

We use this data to authenticate you, connect you to your school, display and sync teaching information, process grade capture, send optional notifications, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data is processed on Nexlura cloud infrastructure. Some information (tokens, cache) is stored locally on your device.

We share data only as needed to run LEPA — with our backend services, app distribution platforms (e.g. Google Play), and service providers under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Sign out at any time to clear local session data.

Contact your school administrator to update staff account details.

Revoke camera, photo, or notification permissions in device settings; some features may not work without them.

Email privacy@lepa.cc for privacy questions or requests relating to Nexlura's processing.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of LEPA after changes means you accept the updated policy.
